Our comprehensive approach targets the root causes of school dropouts and underachievement in class. Our success and continued growth are due to our reliance on local knowledge and expertise to develop modalities that offer solutions that are viable and sustainable in the communities and cultures where we work.

1. To deliver effective mentoring programs and address life challenges in classrooms, homes, and in society.
2. To deliver essential life-saving practices that assist our girls/young women in identifying and making healthier life choices.
3. To equip women with information and life practices that enable them to assist and educate their growing girls through their transition into womanhood.
